If your design was created by a professional graphic designer, we need a vector .PDF of your design. If you don't know what this means, your graphic designer should. Please note that unless your vector graphic has no overlapping objects or shapes that are not 'closed' with all the lines joined together, we may require an additional design fee to prepare your file to be laser-ready
We also have the ability to work with other images or designs, but they may need a level of additional design work in order to achieve. The easiest designs are those that are two-tone designs with a clear cut contrast, in a high resolution image such as a .jpg. Black on white works best. If you want to use a hand-drawn design, please send a high-res scan of the design drawn using some kind of black ink or paint on white paper. The more fine the detail is, the more important a high-resolution scan becomes and the more likely a design fee will be required to achieve a perfect level of detail.
