Seed of Life Hardwood Pendant

Customize this laser-cut hardwood pendant with the wood type and gemstone combo of your choice! Choose between our hand-finished Cherry, Walnut or African Padauk hardwoods, each cut to about ¼” thick and contrast the natural beauty of the gemstones against the wood. Each pendant includes a free waxed cotton cord, tied into an adjustable slip knot. ‘Seed of Life’ was designed by Shawn Kessler and measures about 1.75 inches round.

The Seed of Life is a symbol depicting the seven days of creation in which the Judeo-Christian God created life. The continuation of the “seven-day” creation process looks like the successive division of cells in a fertilized egg until there are seven cells or circles overlapping one another creating the perfect flower-shaped “Seed of Life” pattern.
